The Cambridge Girls Varsity Tennis team is headed to the GHSA State Championship, following their solid 4-1 victory over Glynn Academy, Tuesday, May 5, here at Cambridge. 

The team will be at the Clayton County International Park Center on Saturday, May 9, to face Starr's Mill at 11:45 a.m.

Varsity Coach Leigh Popp says she is very proud of the girls for representing Cambridge tennis. "We have had our eyes on a state championship since the season started.  One more hurdle to reach that goal!"
