Perfect 10: Lady Bears Beat Centennial for Big Region Win

The Lady Bears dropped a dime on Centennial on Friday night, earning a 10-0 victory. The win moves the Lady Bears to 5-3-0 overall and 2-1-0 in region play.

Scoring started early, with Junior Zoe Graham cooly slotting home a goal off a brilliant Chandler Browning end line run and cross. Graham would go on to bag her first Cambridge Varsity hat trick, all in the first half.

Graham wasn't alone in tallying goals though.

The diabolical Reed Tingley converted 4 shots into goals. The fantastic Freshman now has a dozen goals for the season.

The aforementioned Chandler Browning netted a brace. Kiki Mesa scored as well.

Aspyn Stucke returned to the line-up, picking up where she left off in 2024 with two assists.

Maddie Klingenspor had a strong overall showing, earning an assist.

The Cambridge backline did well shutting down any Centennial threat. Center-back Sienna Solomonson, or as the Centennial announcer pronounced it, "Salmonstinsam Solomasonmansonsome" provided another strong showing along with Regan Tingley, Peyton Tansy, and Elise Jansen Van Vuuren. Freshaman Emma Hunt made her second Varsity start and earned her first clean sheet.

The Lady Bears play again Monday evening at 7:30pm at Chamblee.
