3/21 matches vs. King's Ridge and Dunwoody
The Lady Bears traveled to two courses for separate matches with neighboring schools.
The Varsity Girls waged a hard-fought match with King's Ridge at The Manor that ended in a tie at 139. Senior Amelia Green shot her best competitive round with a one-over par 37 to earn the medalist honors. Most impressive is that she accomplished this feat in very difficult conditions: temperatures in the 40s and winds in the 20-25mph range. Moreover, this was the longest course we've played this season.
Well played, Amelia!
Meanwhile the JV Girls joined Dunwoody at River Pines to contest on their Par 3 course.
Vivian Milender led both squads with an eight-over par 35, and this in cold and very windy conditions. The Cambridge JV team won convincingly with a score of 113-134.
