The Cambridge boys' and girls' lacrosse teams are teaming up to host a pickleball tournament at Alpharetta North Park on Saturday, November 14th. The event aims to raise funds for the teams and foster community spirit within Cambridge.
The tournament will feature 3 divisions: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, with each division having a double elimination bracket to ensure that every team plays at least two games.
The Cambridge Pickleball Club will assist with making sure all teams and divisions understand the rules and tournament procedures. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each bracket, and special categories such as worst shot, best team name, and worst team will also receive recognition.
Additionally, a silent auction will be held, offering participants the opportunity to bid on items donated by the community.
