The Cambridge Boys Varsity Golf team played in the Billy Peek Invitational sponsored by the Junior PGA of Georgia at Chateau Elan Golf Club April 13 -14.
Cambridge competed in the two day stroke play Billy Peek Invitation against 16 other Georgia High School teams. Four scores from each team were used each day. Cambridge finished a strong 3rd as a team with 606 points. Harrison was first with 602 points and Marist 2nd with 604.
In addition, Blake Farbman's (minus one) play was consistent and strong resulting in a 2nd place finish for the individual low tournament score, one shot back of the leader.
Cambridge was led by Junior Blake Farbman 69-72; Senior Blake Kollin 78-71; Junior Hogan Losch 78-79; Sophmore Coleman Leathers 78-83; and Jake Peacock 81-82;. Drew Henrikson had to withdraw with an arm injury.
