11th Annual Cambridge Baseball Bears & Birdies Golf Classic on October 7, 2024

The Cambridge Baseball Diamond Club is proud to announce our 11th Annual Bears & Birdies Golf Classic, including a Silent Auction, Sip & Shop Happy Hour, Dinner Buffet, and Awards Reception.
Your participation and generous donations will be used to develop the talents and skills of our student athletes as well as to maintain and improve our expensive baseball field and facility. We continue to work hard to maintain and upgrade our infrastructure and provide memorable high school baseball experiences for our players, coaches, parents, and surrounding community. Please join us for a fun day!
The Bears & Birdies Golf Classic is being held on Monday, October 7, 2024 at the Iron Horse Golf Club (3430 GA-9 N, Alpharetta, GA 30004). Rain or Shine!
Schedule for Monday, October 7, 2024 (rain or shine!):
10:00 AM - Registration, Breakfast & Silent Auction Opens
12:00 PM - Shotgun Start
12:00-4:00 PM - Sip & Shop Happy Hour (intended for non-golfers)
4:00-6:00 PM - Dinner Buffet
6:00 PM- Silent Auction Closes, Awards Reception and Baseball Update
After Baseball Update - Auction Check Out
Tournament Format:
Four (4) Player Scramble
Longest Drive
Closest to the Pin
Prize for 1st Place Foursome
50/50 Raffle

Golf Foursome $825* Please register early as we typically sell out
● Golf registration includes Green Fees, Cart Fees, Range Balls
● Golf registration also includes access to the Silent Auction, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
● Purchase any desired mulligans, forward tee, and 50/50 raffle tickets online prior to October 4 to get a discount and enable online check-in to avoid the lines the morning of the event
Dinner $45* per person
● Ticket includes entry to the dinner as well as access to the Silent Auction
Sip & Shop Happy Hour
Get ready to Shop 'Til You Drop at our NEW Sip & Shop Happy Hour from 12-4PM, where you can:
● Shop our fantastic auction to find the perfect holiday gifts, personal treats, and unbeatable deals on your favorite items
● Catch up with friends and fellow Cambridge Baseball fans while enjoying the lively atmosphere
● The first 25 guests will enjoy one complimentary drink ticket on us while you shop and socialize
● The event is intended for people who are not golfing
● No need to purchase a ticket for the Sip & Shop Happy Hour, but please join us for dinner by purchasing a Dinner Ticket
50/50 Raffle Tickets: 7 for $20*, or 50 for $100*
● Please purchase your tickets online prior to the event or at the event
● The drawing will be held at the event during the Awards Reception just prior to the baseball update, and you must be present to win Sorry, No Refunds!
