Bear Country-as you complete your athletic participation forms on the DragonFly Max platform please make sure that any new physicals are using the most updated form required by the Georgia High School Association. (Sign up Instructions for DragonFly are below)

Here is the LINK to the Physicals hard copy form to use when you go to the doctor to have an updated physical. Physicals are good for one calendar year from the date signed by the doctor. Due to the ongoing medical crisis as a result of Covid-19, GHSA has allowed for us to extend a physical that was current for the 2020 spring sports season through July 25, 2020 should you have difficulty scheduling a new physical.

Greetings Bear Country! I hope this communication finds you and your family well!

Although we are still awaiting decisions to be made on when GHSA sports are allowed to resume and what exactly it will look like we wanted to pass on that per Fulton County requirements we are moving from the Planet HS/Arbiter system to DragonflyMax for our online participation forms effective for summer 2020 and the 2020-2021 school year (and beyond.)  

You may still access the Arbiter system for now should you need to get a copy of your son/daughter's current physical etc.

Included below are the directions for Parents registering into the new DragonflyMax system - Parents will create their account and then add their student(s):

1. Download the DragonFly MAX app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap 'Get Started' and 'Sign Up for Free' then follow the prompts to create your Parent account with your own email address. Note: please do not create an account with your child's name or contact information — you will get the chance to add your child soon!
3. Verify your account with the verification ID sent to your email address.
4. Tap 'Connect to your school' to select 'Parent' as your role and search for your child's school. If you cannot find your school, try searching with the School Code WBX5CQ
5. After selecting your child's school, tap 'Join' to request access. An administrator at your school will approve your request.
6. Tap 'Set up your children' and follow the prompts to add your kid(s) and fill out their participation forms.
