If you could model your coaching style after any past/present coach in any sport, who would it be and why?
Bo Schembechler former Michigan football coach from 1969-1989. Coach Schembechler instilled in his players that culture and the team precede any victories or personal accolades. He taught young boys how to become men on and off of the field. Schembechler held his players to high academic standards to ensure that his players became successful and productive members of their communities. His tough love and unwavering passion for his profession and his players still echo throughout the Michigan football program, especially his famous saying, “The Team, The Team, The Team.”
